On the fourth floor of the B block of a certain residential building in Beijing live four disparate people who share an apartment. Jia Yi (Fu Xinbo, Saving General Yang) is a celebrity’s personal assistant who loves to show off. Zhang Yang (Peng Yu) is a hapless young man who worships Steve Jobs. Fen Dou (Pu Bajia, The Guillotines) is a doltish boxing training assistant. Last but not least is Li Chuan (Xia Zitong, The Monkey King), a culture nerd who never stops writing. In the shadow of the big city, the four roommates chase their dreams, getting into one comedic scrape after another along the way..
