Suzuran High becomes a war zone once more in Crows Explode, the long awaited third film based on Takahashi Hiroshi’s manga series. Set just a month after the events of Crows Zero II, Crows Explode sees the spot for the school’s supreme leader up for grabs once again after former school leader Takiya Genji’s graduation. In almost no time, the school enters all-out war as the school’s various factions battle each other for the top spot. Meanwhile, a feud is brewing between Suzuran and another school.
Indie director Toyoda Toshiaki takes over the director’s chair with a new cast of hot-blooded young stars, including Higashide Masahiro (The Kirishima Thing) as the tough new transfer student, Saotome Taichi (A Boy Called H) as the school’s ace fighter and Sandaime J Soul Brothers’ Iwata Takanori as the leader of the rival school.
