His old rival Kiu Ching Chor (Michael Miu) offers him a job at his casino in the Philippines, where Chor and his earnest employee Chow Fuk Wing (Hui Siu Hung) befriend him. Through the help of compulsive gambler Lee Ching Wan (Jessica Hester Hsuan), Cheung is reunited with his long-lost brother Chai Foon Lok (Bosco Wong), a reclusive young man with an extraordinary gift for gambling. Chor takes Lok under his wing, teaching him gambling skills while secretly sowing discord between Cheung and Lok….
