Rogue lawyer Law Lik Ah and his justice-defending friends are back in the highly anticipated sequel to the hit TVB drama Ghetto Justice! Bagging both the Best Actor and the My Favorite Male Character statuettes at the 2011 TVB Awards, Kevin Cheng reprises his most successful role to date next to returning co-stars Myolie Wu, Sam Lee, and Jazz Lam. The sequel also introduces some interesting new cast members, including Raymond Cho, Christine Kuo, JJ Jia, and eye-catching newcomer Crystal Li.
Last time around, “LA” Law Lik Ah (Kevin Cheng) made a big sacrifice to protect his lawyer girlfriend Wong Si Fu (Myolie Wu). After his release from jail, LA, stripped of his barrister license, is back in Sham Shui Po, along with Si Fu, to continue giving free legal assistance to the disadvantaged. But the couple’s conflicting views and approaches often result in fiery clashes, which are further compounded by LA’s ex-wife Lynette (Christine Kuo) coming back into his life. Meanwhile, their active involvement in a case concerning the collapse of a rundown building has enraged the property developer behind it, and LA’s buddies Ting Ka Fu (Sam Lee), George Mike Jr. (Jazz Lam), and the district’s new detective, Leung (Raymond Cho), are also pulled into the struggle for justice….
