Meanwhile, a taxi driver called “The Hong Kong Butcher” surfaces, leaving dismembered bodies in his murderous wake. Chang once again offers Jenny the chance for an exclusive by taking her to the slaughtered remains, but how is Chang so intimate with these crimes?
