It’s a race against time as Ji Jin Hee (Soo) has to find his wife’s murderer and figure out whether his life really does parallel another tragic life from 30 years ago. Suk Hyun (Ji Jin Hee) is a promising young judge with a loving family and a promising future ahead. However, his life is shattered when his wife is murdered in cold blood. The case appears to be closed when Su Yung (Ha Jung Woo, The Chaser), who has a grudge against Suk Hyun for a previous case, is arrested and charged as the prime suspect with the help of prosecutor Gang Sung (Lee Jong Hyuk, Crush and Blush). However, a reporter approaches Suk Hyun and proves to him that he may be living the parallel life of another young judge from 30 years ago. If what the reporter says is true, then Suk Hyun has 16 days before Su Yung escapes from jail to kill him and his daughter..
