Reuniting on the big screen nearly a decade after Fashion 70s, Chun Jung Myung and Kim Min Jung play a married couple with some secrets in Queen of the Night. Directed by Kim Je Young, the wild romantic comedy follows a meek and weak everyday guy with a stunning, seemingly perfect wife, but there may be a whole other side of her that he doesn’t know. Park Jin Young (Millionaire on the Run) makes a hilarious cameo appearance in the film.
IT guy Young Soo (Chun Jung Myun) is timid, frugal and a bit of a square. He’s never had luck with the ladies until he meets Hee Joo (Kim Min Jung). The two fall in love at first sight and get married soon after. Young Soo takes great pride in having a beautiful and perfect wife, but his trust begins to waver when he discovers Hee Joo’s old photo album filled with partying pictures. All kinds of stories emerge when Young Soo begins to dig into Hee Joo’s wild past, and his snooping throws their marriage onto the rocks.
