Written and directed by Lee Yu Bin, the indie drama Shuttlecock depicts the tough roads taken by three siblings following the deaths of their parents. Older sister Eun Joo (Kong Ye Ji, Viewfinder) runs off with the insurance payout, leaving her brother Eun Ho (Kim Tae Yong) and stepbrother Min Jae (Lee Joo Seung, Broken) to fend for themselves. After a year of struggling to make ends meet, 18-year-old Min Jae finally comes upon a clue to Eun Joo’s whereabouts and he hits the road to find her. Unbeknownst to Min Jae, his kid brother Eun Ho is also in the backseat of the car. When Eun Ho finally reaches Eun Joo, the reunion will be different than what he expected.
