Top Korean Wave stars Jo In Sung and Song Hye Kyo return to the small screen in the SBS romantic drama That Winter, The Wind Blows. A remake of the Japanese drama Ai Nante Irane Yo, Natsu with a script by Noh Hee Kyung, the beautifully shot melodrama is about two lonely souls a blind heiress and an aimless gambler whose lives invariably change when they meet each other. Kim Bum (Boys Over Flowers) and Jung Eun Ji (Answer Me 1997) co-star as the hero’s partners in crime. Kim Tae Woo (Dummy Mummy), Seo Hyo Rim (Sungkyunkwan Scandal) and veteran actress Bae Jong Ok also appear in the drama.

Blind heiress Oh Young (Song Hye Kyo) inherits the family fortune after her father passes away. Cold and proud, she is distrustful of those around her, and rightfully so, as both her stepmother and fiance are angling to take over the corporation. The only family Oh Young has left is her long-lost brother who, unbeknownst to her, has already passed away.

Abandoned as a child, Oh Soo (Jo In Sung) grew up not believing in family or love. Along with buddy Jin Sung (Kim Bum), he gambles his way through life by his wits and fists. After getting set up by a girlfriend (Seo Hyo Rim), Oh Soo ends up owing the wrong people a very large sum of money, a debt that he must settle soon if wants to live. When he is mistaken for Oh Young’s brother, Oh Soo grabs the opportunity immediately. He intends to con Oh Young for the money he needs to pay back the mob, but instead he finds himself falling for her..
