While on the run from the police, Yeo Hoon (Ryu Seung Ryong) is hit by a car and brought into the hospital. After treating him at the hospital, doctor Tae Joon (Lee Jin Wook) is knocked out, and his wife (Jo Yeo Jeong) is kidnapped. To get his wife back, Tae Joon must help Yeo Hoon leave the hospital and escort him back to the kidnapper. However, escaping the pursuit of tough-as-nails Inspector Jeong (Kim Sung Ryung) is only the beginning, as Tae Joon is forced to strike an alliance with Yeo Hoon to discover the truth behind the conspiracy.
