Written and directed by frequent Peter Chan collaborator Aubrey Lam (Anna and Anna), the film stars Bai Baihe (Personal Tailor) as Guo Jing, a girl who, despite graduating at the top of her class, finds it difficult to get a job due to her unglamorous appearance. To add insult to injury, her boyfriend chooses to break up with her in this trying time, telling her that he only ever saw her as a sex partner because he thinks she’s ugly. Spurred on by all this, Guo Jing decides to get plastic surgery. With her new face, she immediately lands a job at a large company and begins flirting with company executive Raymond (Ronald Cheng, Golden Chickensss), but one day, Raymond tells her that he hates women who’ve had plastic surgery..
