Despite having no stars onboard, the comedy He’s on Duty (a.k.a. Delighted? Delighted!) turned into a surprise hit at the box office. Director Yook Sang Hyo is no stranger to crowd-pleasing laughers, having previously helmed Hi! Dharma 2: Showdown in Seoul and Iron Palm, and character actor Kim In Kwon (Haeundae, You’re Beautiful) puts both his comedic and dramatic prowess to good use in his first leading man role as an unemployed loser posing as a Southeast Asian migrant. Kim Jung Tae (Insadong Scandal) and Shin Hyun Bin also co-star in this comedy that’s smarter than meets the eye.

Tae Sik (Kim In Kwon) just can’t seem to get a break in life. He’s unemployed and is often mistaken for a Southeast Asian immigrant because of his appearances. Desperately in need of income, he pretends to be Bangga from Bhutan in order to get a job as a migrant worker. Tae Sik’s masquerade leads to many hilarious mishaps and misunderstandings, but the discrimination he witnesses and experiences as a foreign worker aren’t so funny..
