Just before dying from a mysterious fall, Criminal Intelligence Bureau (CIB) Chief Inspector Hong To Hang tells his colleague Cheuk Hoi (Michael Miu) that the triads have a mole in CIB. To protect his five undercover agents, Hong has deleted their information from the database, eradicating any proof of their identities as CIB officers. With his dying breath, Hong entrusts Hoi with the task of locating his undercover agents.
