Carson (Ruco Chan) and Alfred (Ron Ng) were brought up by their widowed mother, Suk Fan (Louise Lee). At the ATF, one works for the Intelligence Unit while the other works for the Operations Unit. After following a tip from trustworthy journalist Yip Ting (Yoyo Mung), Carson becomes embroiled in an investigation that ultimately leaves him temporarily unable to return to work. Though out of commission, Carson, with help from his girlfriend Jessica (Aimee Chan), an intelligence analyst, discovers that there is a mole in ATF. Carson is determined to seek out the mole, but Alfred suspects his brother of being the traitor in the organization..
