Alex Man is Fung, a genius in brain surgery who dares to break rules and regulations to save the lives of his patients. His girlfriend (Jessica Hsuen) always worries that his personality will bring him trouble. While treating an eight-year-old boy, Fung loses his physician license for using a banned drug. The little boy’s young uncle Choi (Dicky Cheung) becomes Fung’s best friend after this incident, and refers him to work for a pharmaceutical company. However, this gets Fung involved in a murder case that happened twenty years ago, pushing him to a point of no return!.
