After the hospital hostage incident in Unfair The Movie, tough-talking detective Yukihara Natsumi (Shinahara Ryoko) is transferred to Hokkaido. While she is adjusting to the new environment, her former colleagues in Tokyo begin investigating a series of brutal murders. In the process, they find the fingerprints of Yukihara s ex-husband Kazuo (Kagawa Teruyuki) on one of the victims, turning him into a suspect. Now on the run, Kazuo manages to find Yukihara and hands her a USB drive containing information about a secret organization within the police force. After the meeting, Yukihara is suddenly arrested as another prime suspect in the case. Now, Yukihara may have to rely on Tokyo prosecutor Murakami (Yamada Takayuki) to prove her innocence..
