The world’s most fearsome fighting team comes to the big screen in 2007! Starting out as a comic book in 1984, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is most remembered for the beloved cartoon series and its three live-action film adaptations. After years away from the limelight, the turtles are back with a new animated film, and it’s bound to bring back some fond memories. Written and directed by Kevin Munroe, TMNT is a lean, green fighting machine rendered in slick CG animation that allows for some fabulously kinetic ninja action. Drawing more from the original comic, the film ventures for a darker mood than the cartoon series, but still has plenty of fun hijinks and immature humor to go around. Quite a few celebrities pitch in their voices as supporting cast including Zhang Ziyi, Laurence Fishburne, Chris Evans, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Kevin Smith, and Patrick Stewart.

Since the defeat of Shredder, Michelangelo, Donatello, Raphael, and Leonardo have largely gone their separate ways. Leader Leonardo is training in South America, cool but crude Raphael is fighting crime solo under the name Nightwatcher, machine guy Donatello is in IT, and party dude Michelangelo is busy slacking off. Much to the chagrin of rodent sensai Splinter, the team seems to have seen its best days. When an evil industrialist-cum-immortal with a power complex moves in on New York with some ancient monsters and Foot Clan ninjas, however, it’s up to the heroes in a half-shell to shackle up and save the day, turtle style.

The Hong Kong version also comes with the Cantonese theatrical release audio track, featuring the voices of Sammy Leung, Chapman To, Vincent Kok, Jan Lamb, Niki Chow, and others..

The most beloved piggy in all of Hong Kong animation is back! Brian Tse’s Mcdull series returns with its sixth big-screen installment in Mcdull, Me and My Mum! Featuring the voice talents of Mcdull regulars Sandra Ng, Anthony Wong and The Pancakes, as well as piano maestro Li Yundi, this outing by the iconic cartoon takes a closer look at Mcdull’s relationship with his wonderfully headstrong mother.

Courted by the FBI, Scotland Yard and the like, Bobby Mak is often referred to as the most revered private detective since Sherlock Holmes. When asked about his awe-inspiring achievements, Bobby says that everything began with his mum, Mrs. Mak.

As a child, Bobby Mak was known as Mcdull. Although Mcdull wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, his mother was a different story. Her astounding intelligence and resourcefulness enabled her to, for example, simultaneously run more than six businesses from a space of less than 100 square feet. Mcdull and his mother lived together happily during Mcdull’s childhood, but things began to change as Mcdull got older. A distance that never existed before began to grow between him and his mother…
