TVB has been grooming Raymond Lam and Ron Ng in the recent years, and both seem to enjoy a promising future in the entertainment circle. Leading the cast of the 2004 period drama Twin of Brothers, Lam and Ng are joined by actresses who are just as charming: Tavia Yeung, Leila Tong, Nancy Wu, and Mainland actress Li Qian. Adapted from a novel by Hong Kong’s famous writer Huang Yi, Twin of Brothers blends different elements such as swordplay, history, friendship, and romance to create an intriguing series. CG technology helps make the drama more spectacular.

Twin of Brothers is set in a period of dynastic change in Chinese history. Wacky wannabe swordsmen Chung (Raymond Lam) and Ling (Ron Ng) accidentally acquire the mysterious “Longevity Martial Arts”, which is rumored to be the key to a huge treasure. The target of numerous people who covet the treasure, the two friends adventure through China despite the danger. In their journey, Ling meets two girls from two opposing sects (Leila Tong and Nancy Wu), while Chung falls for the sister (Tavia Yeung) of the future emperor of China. With their extraordinary experiences, will the two become heroes amidst the historical turbulence?.
